If your business is NOT food related, please fill out the standard questionnaire
If your business IS food related, please fill out the food industry questionnaire
Send in Questionnaire:
Once you’ve completed your questionnaire please send it in to:

Please also include the following items:
Photos:
Good quality images make a huge impact! Send photos that tell your story for example:
Your business signage
Group shots of you and your staff
Before and after service results (if applicable)
Product displays or creative workspaces
Your Links:
List your website and social media platforms such as:
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Etsy, or Tumblr.

What Happens Next?
Once you send in your questionnaire and photos, I’ll review your responses and follow up if I need any additional details.
